Have you ever looked at a calendar and suddenly realized that your HOA dues are due that day? Or worse yet, that it was due a few days ago and that it was now late? With online payments, these concerns are a thing of the past. Simply hop on your computer and in just a few minutes, your dues are paid! Or remove all doubt and schedule a payment in advance so your dues are paid automatically.
Remember...HOA Fees are due on the 1st of the month and a $35.00 late fee will be applied to your account after the 15th!
HOA Payment Options
There are three ways to make your HOA payment...
Option 1:
Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)
How does it work? You can set up a recurring payment using eCheck for FREE!! You can also use a Credit/Debit Card or ACH to make a one-time payment, but please be advised there will be a 3% Fee on Cards AND a $2.95 Fee on one-time ACH Payments.
What do I need to do? There are two ways to get there - see below:
First - Select the "Online Payment" button below and you will be linked to the Owner Access Portal where you will be able to set up for recurring payments or make a one-time payment.
Second - Click on HOMEOWNER SERVICES from the home page and select "CHECK ACCOUNT BALANCE".
Once logged in to the COMWEB Portal, you will be able to set up for recurring payments or make a one-time payment.

Online Payments
Option 2:
Your Banks Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? Set up your HOA as a payee with your banks online banking bill-pay.
What do I need to do? Please complete or change your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:
• Payee: Village 2 HOA
• Address 1: c/o Core Community Management
• Address 2: PO Box 802
• City: Draper State: UT Zip: 84020
• Account Number/Reference Number: Your Homeowner Account Number.
If you choose to pay via on-line bill pay, be sure you set your payment to be mailed at least 10 days before the grace period ends or your payment will likely arrive and post late.
Option 3: US Mail
How does it work? You write a check and mail it in every time your assessment is due and hope it arrives before the grace period ends to avoid a late fee/interest. Your assessments are always due on the 1st of the month.
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowner’s association and mail it in. Please ALWAYS write your homeowner account number and/or address on the check.
